CoinZoom's Visa debit card lets you spend USD or crypto directly, converting at the point of sale, with free ATM withdrawals worldwide and free card replacement. Rewards run from 0.5% to 5% depending on how many ZOOM tokens you hold. The catch: a 1.49% crypto liquidation fee on every crypto purchase, and rewards paid in CoinZoom's own token rather than the crypto you chose.

Options to CoinZoom Visa Debit Card

FAQs

Questions, answered

The CoinZoom Card is a Visa crypto debit card linked to a CoinZoom account. It lets eligible users spend USD or supported cryptocurrencies at merchants that accept Visa.

You choose the wallet and currency you want to spend from in the CoinZoom app. If you select crypto, CoinZoom sells enough of the selected asset into USD when the purchase is made, then settles the merchant transaction through Visa.

CoinZoom provides both virtual and physical cards. The virtual card is available once an eligible account is funded, while the physical card adds chip-and-PIN payments and ATM withdrawals. Card rewards range from 0.5% to 5% in ZOOM tokens depending on the user's Prime level.

In the CoinZoom app, you choose a Spend Wallet currency. When you make a purchase, CoinZoom checks that wallet for sufficient funds. If it contains crypto, CoinZoom sells enough of the selected asset at the market rate to cover the USD card transaction.

The merchant receives an ordinary Visa payment rather than cryptocurrency. If the selected Spend Wallet does not contain enough value, the transaction fails even if you hold sufficient funds in another CoinZoom wallet, so you may need to switch the Spend Wallet first.

CoinZoom currently charges a 1.49% crypto liquidation fee when crypto is converted for card spending. Spending USD avoids that crypto conversion step.

No. CoinZoom Card spends from assets held inside your CoinZoom account, so it is a custodial exchange card rather than a self-custodial wallet card.

CoinZoom controls the account infrastructure and performs the crypto-to-USD sale required when you select a cryptocurrency as the Spend Wallet currency. You do not control private keys to the balance used for card spending.

For existing CoinZoom users, this makes the card convenient because trading and spending are integrated in one account. For users who want to keep assets under their own private-key control until payment, the custody model is different from cards connected directly to a non-custodial wallet.

CoinZoom Prime is a tiered rewards programme based on the amount of ZOOM tokens held in the account. There are four Prime levels above the non-Prime tier: Silver, Gold, Diamond and Black.

The required balances are currently 10,000 ZOOM for Silver, 50,000 for Gold, 150,000 for Diamond and 300,000 for Black. Moving up the tiers increases card rewards, spending and ATM limits and can reduce certain platform fees.

The card reward rate rises from 0.5% for non-Prime users to 1%, 2%, 3% and 5% respectively. Because the benefits depend on holding ZOOM, compare the value and volatility of the required token balance with the rewards you expect to earn.

CoinZoom Card currently pays between 0.5% and 5% back in ZOOM tokens on qualifying purchases, depending on your Prime level.

Non-Prime users receive 0.5%, Silver receives 1%, Gold 2%, Diamond 3% and Black 5%. Rewards are credited after the card purchase settles, which CoinZoom says usually happens the following day.

Most ordinary consumer purchases are eligible, but some merchant categories are excluded or blocked. Grocery and service-station rewards are currently capped on the first $5,000 of spending in a rolling 30-day period. Because rewards are paid in ZOOM, their fiat value can change after they are credited.

CoinZoom currently lists no domestic or international cash-withdrawal fee from CoinZoom itself, no card replacement fee and no separate ordinary purchase fee when spending USD.

The main card-specific cost is crypto liquidation: spending crypto incurs a 1.49% fee when the selected asset is sold into USD. After six insufficient-funds declines in a calendar month, additional declines cost $0.50 each. A chargeback processing fee is currently $100.

Physical-card shipping costs $5 standard in the US or internationally for non-Prime users, with expedited options costing more. Prime members receive standard shipping free. ATM operators and foreign exchange through Visa can still create third-party costs.

CoinZoom Card limits rise with the Prime tier. Current daily purchase limits are $700 for non-Prime users, $1,500 for Silver, $2,500 for Gold, $5,000 for Diamond and $10,000 for Black.

Daily ATM limits also increase, from $100 for non-Prime to $250 for Silver and Gold, $500 for Diamond and $1,000 for Black. Cash-withdrawal transaction and daily limits are listed separately and can be higher for upper tiers.

Because CoinZoom uses several limit categories, check the live Prime table before a large purchase or withdrawal. Holding more ZOOM can increase the limits without requiring a different physical card.

Yes. The physical CoinZoom Visa Card can be used at most ATMs that accept Visa. CoinZoom currently lists no domestic or international cash-withdrawal fee of its own.

Your withdrawal limit depends on Prime level, and the ATM operator may still impose a surcharge. If your selected Spend Wallet contains cryptocurrency, CoinZoom sells enough of that asset into USD before the cash withdrawal and applies the current 1.49% crypto liquidation fee.

The physical card uses a PIN, which can be set or reset from the CoinZoom app. The virtual card is not designed for normal PIN-based ATM use.

Google Pay is officially supported for active virtual and physical CoinZoom Debit Cards. CoinZoom provides an in-app Add to Google Wallet option, and qualifying card purchases continue earning the normal Prime rewards when paid through Google Pay.

CoinZoom's current virtual-card documentation says Apple Pay is planned or being added, while its funding service already supports Apple Pay for deposits. That is not the same as confirming that every CoinZoom Visa Card can currently be added to Apple Wallet.

If Apple Pay is essential, check the latest card options in your CoinZoom app before relying on it. Google Pay support is the more clearly documented current card-wallet integration.

CoinZoom says its Crypto Visa Debit Card is available to customers in more than 150 countries, but residents of the European Union currently cannot order the card even though existing cardholders can use it within the EU.

Eligibility depends on CoinZoom operating in your country and on the card programme's specific regional restrictions. Applicants need a verified CoinZoom account and spendable funds before the virtual or physical card options appear.

Because availability changes by jurisdiction, check CoinZoom's current country table before opening an account specifically for the card. A country where the card can be used is not necessarily a country where residents can order one.

Yes. CoinZoom provides a free virtual card and an optional physical Visa card. The two cards have different card numbers but use the same CoinZoom account and Spend Wallet concept.

The virtual card becomes available once an eligible account has spendable funds and is useful for online payments and Google Pay. The physical card adds chip-and-PIN payments, contactless use and ATM withdrawals.

Non-Prime users currently pay shipping for the physical card: $5 standard in the US or international markets, with expedited shipping costing $12 in the US and $60 internationally. Standard shipping is free for Prime members.

Yes. CoinZoom says the Visa debit card can be used at more than 130 million merchant locations and in over 150 countries, subject to regional and merchant restrictions.

The card itself spends in USD. For purchases in another currency, Visa performs the foreign-currency conversion. CoinZoom does not list a separate international ATM withdrawal fee, although ATM operators can add their own charges.

International usability is broader than application eligibility. For example, the card can be used in the European Union even though EU residents currently cannot order one. CoinZoom says there is no need to notify it before travelling, but carrying a backup payment method is still sensible.

The CoinZoom Card spends from the currency selected in your Spend Wallet, so you first need funds in the CoinZoom account. You can deposit crypto from an external wallet or add USD through supported methods such as ACH, wire transfer, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or CoinZoom Cash where available.

Funding fees vary significantly. ACH is currently free, while debit-card, Apple Pay and Google Pay deposits generally cost 3.99%, reduced to 2.99% for Black Prime members. External crypto deposits do not carry a CoinZoom deposit fee.

Once funds arrive, select the USD or crypto wallet you want the Visa card to use for spending.

Create a CoinZoom account, complete identity verification and fund the account with at least some spendable currency. Once eligible funds are available, the virtual card appears in the Spend section automatically.

To order the physical card, open Spend, select Physical Card and choose Order Card. CoinZoom requires at least $10 in the account, enough ZOOM to pay any shipping fee and at least one spendable currency other than ZOOM.

Standard delivery is typically three to ten business days in the US and can take up to 21 business days internationally. Check the country-availability table first because card ordering is not available to residents of every market.

For card and account help, use the official CoinZoom Help Center at https://support.coinzoom.com. It contains dedicated articles for the Visa card, limits, Spend Wallet, Prime rewards, funding and transaction problems.

For card loss, fraud or disputes, CoinZoom also publishes a dedicated Visa Card Support number at 1-866-286-8054. Freeze a compromised card from the Spend section of the app before contacting support whenever possible.

Keep the merchant, amount, date and card type ready for transaction issues. Never share your password, two-factor authentication codes or crypto private keys with someone contacting you unsolicited.
