WhiteBIT Card
#95
A zero-FX-fee virtual Visa with broad crypto support and a low conversion cost, but a monthly fee and no cashback make it hard to recommend over free-tier rivals. Best for active WhiteBIT exchange users in Europe.

WhiteBIT Nóva is a Visa debit card that lets eligible WhiteBIT users spend supported crypto assets from their exchange balance for everyday purchases. The required value is converted into EUR for settlement when you pay.
The card is available in virtual and physical form and is issued by Wallester AS, an Estonian payment institution and Visa Principal Member.
Yes. Nóva can use selected supported assets from your WhiteBIT exchange balance without requiring a manual fiat withdrawal first. WhiteBIT converts the chosen asset into EUR through its Convert flow when the payment is processed.
Users can also set a spending priority so one supported asset is used before another. The merchant still receives an ordinary Visa payment rather than cryptocurrency.
WhiteBIT currently lists USDC, BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, NEAR, ADA, AVAX, WBT, DOGE, EURI and EURR among the assets available for Nóva spending. USDT can also be used through a cross-conversion route via USDC before EUR conversion.
Supported assets can change, so check the Nóva spending-priority screen before moving a token specifically for card use.
No. Nóva spends from assets held in the user's WhiteBIT exchange account, so the card is custodial rather than self-custodial.
Users do not control private keys to the exchange balance used by the card. This makes Nóva convenient for people who already keep funds on WhiteBIT, but it differs from wallet-connected cards where crypto remains under the user's private-key control until payment.
WhiteBIT currently advertises cashback of up to 10% in selected categories. Users can choose up to three active categories, and category changes are limited by the programme rules.
The maximum cashback is currently €25 per month. Cashback is shown in BTC or WBT, and WhiteBIT requires a minimum accumulated amount before it can be claimed.
WhiteBIT's Nóva programme includes categories such as taxis, subscriptions, groceries, restaurants and cafes, pets, healthcare and gaming. Current headline examples include up to 10% on subscriptions, 5% on taxis and 1% on groceries or food categories.
Eligibility depends on the merchant's MCC code, not only the store name, so a purchase can fail to earn cashback if its merchant category does not match the selected category.
WhiteBIT currently lists no card opening, monthly, annual, cancellation or inactivity fee for Nóva. Card transaction fees can be up to 1% under the detailed tariff, while the marketing page highlights a 0% service-fee structure for many standard card actions.
A €5 reactivation fee can apply after the relevant inactivity period, and physical-card delivery is currently listed at €12.
WhiteBIT currently lists a maximum daily card-spending amount of €10,000 and a maximum monthly amount of €25,000 for Nóva. These limits apply to both virtual and physical cards.
Users can also configure lower personal online spending limits in the card settings. Account-specific compliance or risk controls can still affect individual transactions.
Yes, but only with the physical Nóva card. ATM withdrawals are not supported through the virtual card or NFC withdrawal.
WhiteBIT currently charges €3 per ATM withdrawal in the EEA and €3 plus 2.2% outside the EEA. Published ATM limits are €1,000 per day and €3,000 per month.
Yes. WhiteBIT supports both Apple Pay and Google Pay for eligible Nóva cards. This lets virtual or physical cardholders make compatible mobile-wallet payments without manually entering card details at the merchant.
The wallet does not change the funding model. Purchases still use the Nóva card and the configured WhiteBIT exchange assets.
WhiteBIT Nóva is issued and provided by Wallester AS, an Estonian payment institution authorised by the Finantsinspektsioon and an official Visa Principal Member.
WhiteBIT provides the exchange, crypto balances and card-management experience, while Wallester supplies the regulated Visa issuing infrastructure. The roles are therefore separate.
WhiteBIT currently lists Nóva availability across most of the EEA, including countries such as Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland and the Netherlands, as well as Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Ukraine.
Availability depends on the user's KYC region and any additional verification required by the card programme. Check the live Nóva application before depositing funds specifically for card use.
Yes. WhiteBIT requires a supported KYC profile before Nóva can be issued. Some users may also need an additional verification level or phone verification depending on their region and current provider setup.
The card is therefore not an anonymous or no-KYC product. Complete verification only through WhiteBIT's official website or app.
Create and verify a WhiteBIT account, then open the Nóva card section on the website or app. If your KYC region is supported, complete any additional checks and request the virtual card.
A physical card can also be ordered where available. WhiteBIT currently lists a €12 delivery cost for the physical version. Once active, configure spending assets, cashback categories and security limits in the card dashboard.
WhiteBIT provides support through its Help Centre, live chat and support@whitebit.com. Use those official channels for card delivery, cashback, payment, ATM, reissuance or account-verification issues.
For a payment problem, keep the merchant, amount, date and transaction status available. If the card is compromised, freeze it in the app and contact official support promptly.
