Zypto Premium VISA Card
#72
Zypto's Premium VISA Card is a prepaid card you top up from more than 100 cryptocurrencies, with no monthly fee, Visa Signature benefits and limits reaching $175,000 per transaction. Conversion happens when you load rather than at checkout, so you know your balance in advance. The catch: a 3% off-ramp fee on every load plus 1.75% FX, which makes it expensive for small, frequent spending.

The Zypto Premium Visa Card is a reloadable prepaid crypto card available in virtual and physical form. Users load the card from crypto in the Zypto app, the crypto is converted to USD at the time of loading, and the resulting fiat balance is then spent through Visa.
Zypto also sells separate non-reloadable virtual cards. Those are different third-party prepaid products and should not be confused with the Premium Visa Card.
The Zypto Premium Visa Card is prepaid. It does not draw from a bank current account like a traditional debit card and does not create a revolving credit balance.
You load it with crypto through the Zypto app, the crypto is converted into a fiat card balance, and you can then spend only the amount available on the card.
Zypto converts the selected crypto when you load the Premium Visa Card, not when the merchant processes the purchase. The loaded value becomes a USD card balance at the conversion rate available at that moment.
This gives users control over when conversion happens and prevents the crypto price from changing the value of an already loaded card balance.
Zypto says Premium cards can be loaded with more than 100 cryptocurrencies across a wide range of blockchains. Funding can come from the Zypto wallet, an external wallet or exchange, and supported payment integrations such as KuCoin Pay.
The exact token and network list can change, so users should use the live load screen before sending assets.
Zypto currently lists no monthly fee for Premium cards. Standard charges include a $0.30 transaction fee, 3% crypto off-ramp or load fee and 1.75% FX fee for non-USD purchases.
The physical card also has a 1% ATM withdrawal fee. Blockchain gas fees apply when loading and are paid to the network used for the crypto transaction.
The Zypto virtual Premium Visa currently has a $0 acquisition fee but requires a $10 initial load, which is added to the card balance. The physical Premium Visa currently costs $50 including activation and shipping according to Zypto's main card page.
Regional shipping and programme availability can vary, so the quoted amount in the app should be checked before ordering.
Yes. Zypto's Premium Visa cards support Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay on compatible devices and in supported regions.
The virtual card can therefore be used for mobile-wallet payments without waiting for a physical card. Zypto also supports 3D Secure for online merchants that require additional authentication.
Yes with the physical Premium Visa. Zypto currently charges a 1% ATM withdrawal fee and lists a maximum of $250 per ATM withdrawal, $750 per day and $22,500 per month for the physical card.
The virtual Premium card can also work at some NFC-enabled ATMs according to Zypto, but ordinary ATM access is mainly a physical-card benefit.
Zypto currently publishes very high limits for the physical Premium Visa: up to $1,000,000 in monthly spending and up to $175,000 per swipe or online transaction.
The physical card page also lists no preset maximum card-loading amount or card balance. These limits remain subject to eligibility, compliance controls and the card programme's current rules.
Yes. Zypto requires identity verification for its reloadable Premium Visa Card. The current onboarding uses SumSub and asks for a valid photo ID and proof of address.
Once KYC is approved, Zypto says the virtual card can be issued immediately. Availability remains subject to country and US-state restrictions.
Zypto says the Premium Visa can be used anywhere Visa is accepted across more than 180 countries, excluding restricted or sanctioned regions. Application eligibility is narrower than merchant acceptance.
Some countries and US states are restricted, and Zypto says a Mastercard alternative may be offered in selected regions where the Premium Visa is unavailable.
Premium Visa cards are reloadable, managed inside the Zypto app and available as virtual or physical cards after KYC. They support mobile wallets, 3D Secure and ongoing card use.
Zypto's non-reloadable virtual cards are separate third-party prepaid Visa or Mastercard products bought with crypto for a fixed value. They cannot be reloaded and cannot be used for ATM withdrawals.
Zypto Premium cards include Visa Signature benefits that can cover travel, lifestyle and purchase-protection services, subject to programme eligibility and regional terms.
Zypto highlights benefits such as airport-lounge access, concierge, selected travel protections, extended warranty and purchase protection. Users should register through the relevant Visa benefits portal to see the exact benefits available to their card.
Open the Zypto app, go to the card section and choose the Premium Visa Card. Enter the required personal details and complete SumSub identity verification.
After approval, the virtual card is normally issued immediately. The physical card follows the same KYC process and Zypto says it generally ships within one business day, with delivery commonly taking five to fourteen business days depending on location.
Use Zypto's official Help Center and in-app support for Premium card, loading, transaction, KYC or delivery problems. Zypto says support is available 24/7 in most regions.
For non-reloadable virtual cards, some issues can also involve the third-party supplier that actually issues the card. Keep your Zypto order details available when contacting support.
