Zoomex Card
#16Zoomex Card is a virtual Mastercard launched in March 2026 with UR, giving Zoomex traders a multi-currency account and IBAN to spend USDC in the real world, with funds movable back to the exchange for trading. Assets are custodied by UR under Swiss financial institution SR Saphirstein AG. The catch: the launch cashback has expired and no current fee schedule is published.

The Zoomex Card is a multi-currency virtual Mastercard debit card launched by Zoomex with financial-service partner UR. It lets eligible users convert USDC from their Zoomex account into fiat balances and then use those balances for everyday card payments.
The card is currently virtual only. It is designed for online purchases, subscriptions and mobile-wallet payments rather than physical card use or cash withdrawals.
The current Zoomex Card is a Mastercard virtual debit card. Payments are processed through the Mastercard network after supported crypto has been converted into fiat in the linked UR account.
Zoomex does not currently advertise a Visa version of this card. The network and issuing arrangement can still evolve, so the live application flow should be treated as final.
Not directly at the merchant. Zoomex currently lets users transfer USDC into the linked UR account and convert it into supported fiat currencies before spending.
The merchant receives a normal Mastercard payment in fiat. The crypto-to-fiat conversion happens before checkout, so the card is not sending crypto to the merchant.
Zoomex's current card documentation specifically supports USDC for card funding. USDC can be converted into supported fiat balances including USD, CHF, EUR, SGD, HKD and JPY.
That is narrower than Zoomex's broader exchange asset list. Users should not assume any token available for trading can be transferred directly to the card.
The Zoomex Card currently supports fiat balances in USD, CHF, EUR, SGD, HKD and JPY. This allows users to hold the payment currency before making a purchase.
If the merchant charges a currency that does not match the available card balance, foreign-exchange conversion can apply through UR and Mastercard.
Zoomex currently lists a 1% crypto conversion fee when USDC is converted to fiat for card funding. Same-currency card spending has a 0% spending fee when the transaction matches a sufficient card balance.
Cross-currency purchases typically incur about 1% to 2% in FX conversion, subject to the final rate applied by UR and Mastercard. Card issuance and the annual fee are currently listed at $0.
No. Zoomex currently lists both the card issuance fee and annual fee as zero.
That does not make every use of the card free. Crypto conversion and cross-currency spending can still generate fees, so users should look at the complete cost of funding and spending rather than only the annual fee.
Zoomex Card users currently receive a free upgrade from UR Basic to UR Pro after linking and activating the card. Zoomex lists a Pro daily card limit of €10,000 and a monthly card limit of €20,000.
UR also lists a higher overall monthly account limit of CHF 100,000 for Pro. Actual limits can still depend on the account, jurisdiction and risk controls.
Yes. The Zoomex Card currently supports Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay through the linked virtual Mastercard.
This is important because there is no physical Zoomex Card at present. Mobile-wallet support is the main way to use the virtual card for compatible in-person contactless payments.
No. Zoomex currently supports only a virtual card, and its official guide says ATM cash withdrawals are not supported.
Users who need cash access should therefore treat the Zoomex Card as an online and mobile-payment product rather than an ATM card.
Yes. Zoomex Card applicants must complete the identity verification required by UR. The process uses identity documents such as a passport or national ID where supported and is generally completed on UR's side.
Card access is therefore not anonymous. Users must also be at least 18 and meet UR's country and nationality eligibility rules.
Zoomex says the fiat card funds are handled by partner UR rather than directly by Zoomex. UR provides the financial account, KYC, card controls and payment infrastructure linked to the Zoomex Card.
This means users should distinguish the Zoomex exchange account from the regulated payment-account layer used after assets are moved to UR.
Yes. Zoomex says unused fiat balances can be transferred back from the UR card account to Zoomex, and the transfer-back fee is currently 0%.
The feature is currently unavailable for Hong Kong residents. Users should check the live account because regional restrictions can change.
Open the Zoomex Card application flow, link or create a UR account and complete UR's identity verification. After approval, the virtual Mastercard is made available through the linked UR card interface.
Zoomex currently provides a free upgrade to UR Pro after successful card activation. There is no physical-card application in the current product.
Zoomex provides dual support for the card. Use support@zoomex.com for Zoomex account linking, USDC transfers and Zoomex promotional rewards.
Use support@ur.app for card activation, KYC, payment failures, risk-control reviews and card freezing or suspension. If the card may be compromised, freeze it through UR immediately.
