Tonhub is a non-custodial wallet whose Visa debit card converts crypto to fiat on-chain at the moment you pay, with free issuance, a 1.5% rate and a €50,000 monthly limit. You can also send fiat to any IBAN straight from your crypto balance. The catch: it is open to EU residents only for now, and there is no cashback.

Options to Tonhub Card

FAQs

Questions, answered

The Tonhub Card is a Visa debit card integrated with Tonhub, a non-custodial wallet for the TON ecosystem. It is designed to let eligible users turn crypto into everyday card spending without making the merchant accept TON or USDT directly.

Tonhub's current app listings actively describe the product as a crypto wallet and card, and Tonhub's official Telegram says the card is available to EU residents. The card can be used online, at supported point-of-sale terminals and through Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Tonhub Wallet remains non-custodial, while the card adds a regulated payment account and KYC layer for spending.

Tonhub Wallet itself is non-custodial. Tonhub states that users control their seed phrase and private keys, and the wallet's core crypto balance is not held like an exchange deposit.

The card adds a separate spending layer. Older official card onboarding material describes Tonhub's debit card as non-custodial, but the user still completes KYC and card transactions pass through a conventional Visa programme. Funds moved into a dedicated card account can therefore have different operational rules from untouched wallet assets.

The best description is a non-custodial TON wallet with an integrated card service, rather than assuming every stage of card settlement remains under direct private-key control.

Tonhub's card programme supports TON and USDT for crypto-funded spending, and newer Tonhub updates have expanded funding options to include USDT and USDC across several networks.

Tonhub's official channel says card top-ups can use networks beyond TON, including TRC-20, Solana and Polygon, while Holders documentation also describes a USDC card account using Solana.

Supported funding does not mean every token in the Tonhub wallet can automatically be spent at checkout. Check the live card deposit screen for the current asset and network combinations before transferring funds, because card funding options have changed as the product has developed.

Open the Tonhub app, go to the card or Spending section and choose Deposit. The available funding route depends on which card account you have.

Current Holders documentation says users can fund a USDC card account from supported exchanges, directly from an external wallet or from the Tonhub wallet. Direct USDC card deposits are currently documented on Solana, while Tonhub has separately announced broader card top-up support for USDT and USDC across multiple networks.

Always follow the network shown in the live app. Sending the correct token on an unsupported chain can result in a failed or unrecoverable transfer.

The latest public Holders card fee article currently lists no fee for crediting funds to the card. It lists a 1.5% fee for card payments in EUR and 3% for payments in USD or other currencies.

These figures come from the card-service documentation connected to Tonhub and can change as card accounts and funding currencies evolve. Tonhub has introduced newer USDC funding functionality since the original launch, so users should treat the fee shown inside the current Tonhub card screen as authoritative.

Blockchain gas can also apply when moving crypto into the card account, even when the card provider does not charge a separate deposit fee.

Holders' current public card documentation lists a €50,000 overall monthly card limit. Within that schedule, contactless payments are listed at up to €10,000 and online payments at up to €25,000, with the account showing the limits applicable to the specific card.

These are programme limits rather than a guarantee that every cardholder can immediately spend the full amount. Verification level, card-account currency and risk controls can affect practical limits.

Tonhub's card product has changed since launch, so check Card > Transactions > Spending in the app before relying on the public figures for a large purchase.

Yes. Tonhub's card documentation states that the debit card can be added to both Apple Pay and Google Pay. Tonhub has also promoted branded Visa cards for mobile-wallet use through its official channel.

This allows a virtual Tonhub card to be used for compatible contactless purchases without waiting for a physical card. Samsung Wallet is not supported under the published card documentation.

Mobile-wallet transactions still use the same card account, limits and conversion fees as the underlying Tonhub Card. Device and country eligibility can still affect whether the card can be provisioned.

Tonhub's card programme began with a virtual Visa card and the current wallet continues to support virtual card issuance for eligible users. Recent Tonhub messaging also promotes card spending broadly, but the public documentation is clearer and more consistent on the virtual-card experience than on universal physical-card availability.

The virtual card supports online purchases, point-of-sale use through Apple Pay or Google Pay and normal card controls inside Tonhub.

If a physical option appears in your app, follow the current order flow for your region. MyCardCompare would not assume physical delivery is globally available simply because Tonhub's wallet app has card functionality.

Tonhub's current official channel says the card is available to residents of the European Union. Applicants must also complete the identity verification required for the card programme.

This is narrower than access to Tonhub Wallet itself. The wallet is non-custodial and can be created without the same card-level onboarding, while Visa card access depends on residency, KYC and payment-partner requirements.

Tonhub has indicated that it plans broader geographic expansion, but users outside the currently supported card region should not assume a launch date. The Card option in the live app is the final eligibility check.

Yes. Tonhub's card onboarding process requires identity verification before a user can open the debit card.

This does not change the basic custody model of the Tonhub Wallet. Users can still hold their TON wallet seed phrase and private keys themselves, while card access requires KYC because it connects the wallet to regulated Visa payment infrastructure.

The exact verification documents depend on the card programme and residence. Complete KYC only through the Tonhub app or its authorised card flow, and never disclose the wallet seed phrase to someone claiming to be a support or verification agent.

Tonhub's card documentation says TON and USDT can be exchanged instantly when paying with the debit card. In practice, this means Tonhub handles the crypto conversion so the merchant receives a normal Visa payment.

The merchant is not receiving TON on-chain and does not need a crypto wallet. For the user, the experience can feel like spending TON because the conversion is triggered as part of the payment flow.

Newer Tonhub card accounts also support USDC funding, so the exact spendable asset can depend on which card account and funding route your app currently provides.

Yes. Current card documentation supports several funding routes. A USDC card account can be funded from supported exchanges such as Binance, OKX, Bitget and Gate, directly from another wallet, or through the Tonhub wallet itself.

The documented direct USDC route currently uses Solana. Tonhub has also announced broader top-up support for USDT and USDC across additional networks such as TON, TRC-20 and Polygon.

The route matters because some exchanges and networks are handled differently. Follow the live deposit instructions for your card account rather than reusing an old address or assuming every exchange withdrawal method is supported.

Tonhub Wallet is the underlying non-custodial TON wallet. It lets users hold, send, receive, stake and interact with TON ecosystem assets while controlling the wallet seed phrase themselves.

The Tonhub Card is an additional payment product. It requires KYC, creates a card account and connects eligible crypto value to Visa payments. That adds fees, spending limits and compliance rules that do not apply in the same way to an ordinary wallet transfer.

The distinction is useful because losing or exposing your wallet seed phrase affects self-custodial assets, while a card transaction or card freeze is handled through the separate payment-support process.

Install or update the Tonhub wallet, create or import your wallet and open the Products or card section. Select the Tonhub Card, complete the required identity verification and choose the card account or currency option shown in the app.

After approval, fund the card using one of the supported crypto routes. Depending on the account, that can include TON, USDT or USDC through Tonhub, an external wallet or selected exchanges.

The card is currently targeted at eligible EU residents. If the card option is not visible, check regional eligibility rather than sending funds to an unofficial service claiming it can activate a Tonhub card.

For card or wallet issues, use Tonhub's official support channels. Tonhub's official Telegram directs users to @WhalesSupportBot, and the card support material is also published through the Holders Help Center at https://help.holders.io.

For a card transaction issue, keep the merchant, amount, date and decline message available. For crypto funding, keep the transaction hash, token and network.

Tonhub Wallet is non-custodial, so legitimate support should never need your seed phrase or private keys. Verify that you are using an official Tonhub or Holders channel before sharing account information.
