The BloFin Wallet Card is a Visa credit card issued by Rain, drawing a credit line against digital assets you deposit as collateral so your position stays open. There is no annual, issuance, dormancy or cancellation fee, and spending costs between 0% and 1% depending on VIP level. The catch: you cannot currently withdraw funds from the card, a feature BloFin says is still in development.

Options to BloFin Wallet Card

FAQs

Questions, answered

The BloFin Wallet Card is a Visa crypto payment card available through the separate BloFin Wallet app. BloFin's latest documentation says the card is issued by Rain, a Visa Principal Member, and can be used for everyday purchases wherever Visa is accepted.

The card is linked to BloFin Wallet rather than the centralised BloFin Exchange. Users fund the card with supported digital assets from a self-custodial wallet, and those assets can support spending through the card's Direct Pay or Credit modes depending on the programme terms.

This distinction is important because BloFin Wallet and BloFin Exchange are separate products. The wallet is self-custodial, while the card adds conventional Visa payment infrastructure on top of that wallet experience.

The wallet behind the card is self-custodial. BloFin Wallet says users control their seed phrase or passkey and that BloFin cannot access, move or freeze the assets held in the wallet.

The card itself still uses third-party Visa and issuing infrastructure. When assets are deposited into the card programme, they may be used as collateral for a credit line or to facilitate Direct Pay transactions, so card funding should not be treated as identical to simply holding assets in the underlying wallet.

For users comparing custody models, this makes BloFin Wallet more self-custody-oriented than a normal exchange card, but the merchant-payment layer is still a regulated card service rather than a purely on-chain transaction.

BloFin's latest card FAQ describes it as a credit card issued through Rain. Supported digital assets deposited into the card programme may be used as collateral to support the available credit line.

BloFin also refers to a Direct Pay mode, where supported deposited assets can facilitate card transactions without relying on the same collateralised credit structure. The exact mode available to an account is subject to programme terms and regional eligibility.

This makes the product more complex than a simple prepaid crypto card. Before using it, check which mode is active, how your available credit is calculated and whether deposited assets are being used as collateral. The Visa network only handles merchant acceptance; the funding mechanics are determined by BloFin Wallet's card programme.

BloFin says the Wallet Card is issued by Rain, which it identifies as a Visa Principal Member. Rain supports the card programme while BloFin Wallet provides the self-custodial wallet and user-facing card experience.

This separation matters because BloFin itself is not simply issuing a Visa card directly from its exchange. The card programme relies on Rain and other issuing-bank or service partners for payment processing, compliance and cardholder communications.

For legal protections, transaction disputes and card-specific terms, users should read the documentation presented during the card application rather than relying only on BloFin Exchange terms. The issuer and programme details can also vary by jurisdiction as the card expands.

BloFin's current wallet documentation highlights USDT and USDC as the main assets used to fund the card. The card FAQ also says users can deposit supported tokens across multiple blockchain networks, so the exact list can be broader depending on the account and region.

A token being supported by BloFin Wallet does not automatically mean it can be used by the card. The live Deposit screen is the best source for the assets and networks currently enabled for your card.

Users should confirm both the token and blockchain before sending funds. BloFin Wallet supports many networks, but sending a supported asset over an unsupported card-deposit network can cause problems. The card does not require merchants to accept crypto because Visa handles the payment settlement.

BloFin's latest card FAQ lists a spending fee of 0% to 1%, depending on VIP level. It currently lists no annual fee, inactivity fee, cancellation fee or issuance/replacement fee.

The wallet itself can also charge service fees for activities such as token swaps and card deposits, with the exact amount shown before confirmation. Blockchain gas costs can apply to on-chain transactions separately from card-spending fees.

This means the total cost depends on how you fund and use the card, not just the Visa transaction. A user who deposits stablecoins and has a high enough VIP level may pay less for spending than someone who frequently swaps assets before card funding. Check the live quote and card fee table before moving funds.

BloFin has offered cashback on Wallet Card spending, but users should distinguish temporary launch campaigns from a permanent base reward rate.

The March 2026 launch campaign offered 10% cashback on the first three eligible purchases and 3% afterwards, subject to a 100 USDC cap, selected merchant categories and a limited campaign period. That promotion ended in April 2026.

Because the published 10% and 3% figures came from a time-limited campaign, MyCardCompare would not describe them as the card's permanent cashback rate today. Users should check the current Wallet Card activity page for any active reward programme. Older reviews that quote 10% without the campaign dates can significantly overstate the ongoing benefit.

BloFin Wallet Card availability is regional. Its current Wallet FAQ publishes a long list of supported Visa-card markets across Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Africa, the Middle East and selected other countries.

Applicants need to create a BloFin Wallet and complete the card application. Identity verification may be required, and local programme rules can add further eligibility checks.

Card availability is not the same as access to BloFin Exchange. BloFin Wallet is a separate product and its supported countries differ from the exchange's restricted-location list. The safest approach is to select your country in the Card section of the wallet and confirm that Apply Now is available before depositing assets specifically for card use.

Yes. BloFin Wallet's current documentation says the Visa card can be used through Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported.

This lets eligible users make contactless payments from a compatible phone or device without relying on a physical card. The wallet FAQ currently says physical cards are still coming soon, making mobile-wallet support especially important for the present virtual-card experience.

Apple Pay and Google Pay do not change the underlying card mode, collateral or spending fee. They simply provide another way to present the Visa credential at checkout. Regional wallet eligibility can still vary, so users should check the current card settings if enrolment is unavailable.

Not generally yet. BloFin Wallet's latest product FAQ says physical cards are coming soon, while the current card experience is centred on the virtual Visa issued through the app.

That means users can spend online and through supported mobile wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, but should not assume they can order plastic or use a physical card at an ATM today.

Because BloFin is expanding the programme by region, physical-card availability could change. If a physical option appears in the Card section for your country, the live application terms should be treated as authoritative. Until then, MyCardCompare considers the product primarily a virtual crypto Visa card.

Card-account withdrawals are currently unavailable. BloFin's latest Wallet Card FAQ says the withdrawal feature is still in development.

This is an important limitation because assets deposited into the card programme should not be treated like funds that can always be moved back out immediately. Depending on the card mode, deposited assets may be used as collateral or to facilitate Direct Pay transactions.

Before funding the card with a large amount, users should understand that the current product is primarily designed for spending rather than flexible withdrawal of the card balance. The self-custodial BloFin Wallet itself still supports normal on-chain asset management, but the card-account deposit is a separate layer with its own rules.

BloFin says there is no single fixed spending limit for the Visa card in the sense of one universal programme ceiling. Your practical spending power depends on the funds deposited and, where applicable, the available credit supported by those assets.

The card FAQ also says spending remains subject to daily, monthly and annual limits plus system, compliance and network controls. This means 'no fixed limit' should not be interpreted as unlimited unconditional spending.

For a large purchase, check the live card dashboard before relying on the balance shown in the wallet alone. The issuer, merchant, compliance systems and the card mode can all affect the final authorised amount.

Yes. BloFin says the card can be used at Visa-accepting merchants worldwide once it has been issued and activated, subject to programme restrictions and local merchant acceptance.

Global Visa acceptance is different from application eligibility. The card is available only in supported countries, but an eligible cardholder can generally use the card while travelling in other locations where Visa transactions are permitted.

International purchases can still be affected by currency conversion, merchant-category restrictions, issuer risk controls and sanctions rules. Before travelling, check the live card fee schedule and available balance, and keep a backup card because virtual crypto cards can still be declined for the same operational reasons that affect normal payment cards.

Download the BloFin Wallet app and create a wallet. BloFin's card instructions currently specify creating a Mnemonic Wallet for the application flow, then opening Card, selecting your country or region and choosing Apply Now.

Complete the requested card application and any identity verification required for your region. After approval, activate the card and use Deposit to move supported assets from BloFin Wallet into the card programme.

Before depositing, check which token, network and card mode are available to your account. BloFin Wallet and BloFin Exchange are separate products, so you do not need to rely on the exchange application process to obtain the Wallet Card.

For Wallet Card help, use BloFin's official Help Center or the support route inside BloFin Wallet. The Wallet section contains current articles on card applications, supported regions, fees, wallet security and funding.

For a card transaction problem, keep the merchant, amount, date and any error details available. For an on-chain funding issue, keep the token, blockchain and transaction hash ready so support can identify the transfer.

Never share a seed phrase, passkey backup, private key or one-time authentication code with someone claiming to be support. BloFin Wallet is self-custodial, so those credentials can control the underlying assets and legitimate support should not need them.
