Ruby Steel is Crypto.com's entry rewards-tier prepaid Visa card, now associated with the Level Up Plus plan. It sits above Midnight or Basic and below Jade Green/Royal Indigo or Pro.

The card is prepaid, meaning users add fiat value before spending. Supported cryptocurrencies can be converted into card balance through the Crypto.com app, while merchants receive ordinary Visa payments.

From 1 October 2026, European Ruby non-EUR transactions within the EU and UK carry 0.2%. Outside the EU and UK, the first €400 per month is free of Crypto.com's foreign transaction fee and 2% applies after that.

For European residents, Ruby currently includes €400 per month of ATM withdrawals without Crypto.com's withdrawal fee. A 2% Crypto.com fee applies to withdrawals above that allowance.
